Ty Mortgage Rewards Program Terms

The program

Ty Mortgage Rewards thanks existing clients for referring friends and family to Tyron Kornelsen ("Ty Mortgage") for mortgage services. Participation is by invitation: you may register after receiving the program link from Ty Mortgage.

Earning rewards

A referral is successful only when the person you referred completes a mortgage arranged by Ty Mortgage and that mortgage successfully funds. Rewards are issued only after funding. Each successful referral earns the reward for its position in your current level, as shown on the program page. After your tenth successful referral in a level, the next level begins and the reward structure repeats.

Reward conditions

Rewards have no cash value unless specifically stated and cannot be exchanged for cash. Restaurant gift card selections are limited to the options offered at the time the reward is issued. Ty Mortgage reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program, its rewards, or these terms at any time. Fraudulent referrals or duplicate referrals may be disqualified. Referral eligibility is subject to these program terms.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information when registering. Only refer people who have agreed to be contacted about mortgage services. Do not present yourself as acting for Ty Mortgage, provide mortgage advice, or discuss mortgage terms, rates, or products on Ty Mortgage's behalf; your role is limited to introducing someone to Ty Mortgage.

Account

Ty Mortgage may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may ask for your account to be closed at any time by contacting Ty Mortgage.
