Level 1 rewards

Frequently asked questions
Who can participate?
Ty Mortgage clients who receive the program link. Register with the link from your email or text message and you are in.
When is a referral considered successful?
When the person you referred completes their mortgage with Ty Mortgage and the mortgage funds. A conversation or application alone does not count yet.
Can I refer family members?
Yes. Friends, family, coworkers, neighbours: anyone who could use help with a mortgage.
When do I receive my reward?
After the referred mortgage funds. You will see the reward appear on your dashboard, and Ty Mortgage will arrange delivery. Restaurant gift cards let you pick your favourite spot first.
How long does it take to receive my reward?
Typically within a few weeks of funding. Your dashboard always shows whether a reward is on its way or already delivered.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No. After your tenth successful referral you start Level 2, and the rewards repeat for every level after that.
